At PoolSupply4U, we work hard to get your pool and spa supplies to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
Order Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 3–8 business days after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Some products ship directly from manufacturers or distribution partners and may have different processing times. If there is a delay, we’ll notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping method is automatically selected based on item size, weight, and destination to ensure safe delivery.

Delivery location
Some large or heavy pool equipment (such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems) may require freight shipping, which will be clearly noted during checkout.
Oversized & Freight Shipments
Certain pool equipment is classified as oversized and ships via freight.
Please note:

Freight deliveries are curbside only

A valid phone number is required to schedule delivery

Someone must be available to receive and inspect the shipment
If liftgate service or special delivery access is required, additional fees may apply.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary based on product and location:

Standard Ground Shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment

Freight Shipping: 5–10 business days after shipment
These are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or supply chain issues.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Backorders & Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is temporarily out of stock or backordered:

We’ll notify you as soon as possible

You may choose to wait, substitute, or cancel the item
Some manufacturer-direct items may have extended lead times.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Please inspect all deliveries upon arrival.

If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery

Keep all packaging and take photos if possible
If a shipment is lost or delayed beyond a reasonable transit time, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be subject to reshipping fees
